That Rosie, she’s so hot right now!

I’ve known Rosie for a yearish. My cousin Karli is the events director at her mom’s shop in Highland, UT – Dear Lizzie and when we did Spark, they were a key player in the event. I’ve wanted to shoot her for a while now, cause she blows me away with her darling looks and independent style.

On Friday I finally got to shoot her (with my good friends, Mindy, Wynona and Crystalyn after a lovely dinner) and I have to admit, I can’t get enough of the pictures. And there are so many more than these. At the end of a long day, playing with these pictures is what I reward myself with.

I think I’ll say it aloud — I think I’ve found my muse.

Anyway – enjoy.

This was one of those “carpe lux” moments – the light outside the kitchen window was too glorious to pass up. Dinner had to wait.

what is there to do in the car on a drive across the middle of the desert. yes – five hours of BubbleTown later, I got to feeling a bit sick. But, naturally, I did have my camera around and one of the best things about being trapped in a car for hours with your camera is it forces you to get it out and experiment and play.

Here are a few I came up with…

I did a shoot last month for a good friend of mine – elizabeth kartchner. She’s just launched her new line of scrapbooking products with American Crafts and wanted to take some photos that reflected the feel of her new line.

It was so cold! but we had so much fun.

I’m only going to reveal a few and reveal the rest in a short while when she’s had a chance to show them herself.
